NEOPREDISAN® 135-1

Stable disinfection for the sustainable control of endoparasites, coccidia and their permanent stages

Why combat endoparasites and their permanent stages in the long term?

Endoparasites such as gastrointestinal worms (ascaris suum, heterakis etc.) and coccidia (isospora suis, eimeria tenella, cryptosporidia etc.) infest the internal organs.

These pests cause high economic losses in animal husbandry due to poor health and reduced weight gain of the animals and can also lead to death in the case of severe infestation.

The usual treatment with medication is only temporarily effective as it does not reach all developmental stages of the parasites.

Infected animals excrete permanent stages (e.g. worm eggs and coccidia oocysts) with their feces, which are directly infectious to other animals when ingested.

Treating the animals with dewormers or coccidiostats temporarily improves their state of health. Only adult or vegetative forms are killed in the animal.

The excreted permanent stages of the endoparasites on the stable surfaces can remain infectious for considerable periods of months or even years.

Effective control requires appropriate medication and disinfection at the right time to prevent spread.

NEOPREDISAN® 135-1 works effectively and sustainably against excreted endoparasites and their permanent stages, thereby enormously reducing the risk of infection emanating from the stable surfaces.

The use of NEOPREDISAN® 135-1 ensures the success of dewormers or coccidiostats.

A combination of disinfection and the use of medication can prevent further spread in the livestock.
